We are a Condominium Association (COA) governed by a five member Board of Directors.
Our most important goal is that Vivienda West continues to be an attractive and desirable community and that our property values are protected by adhering to The Documents of the Association, which every owner acknowledged as having read, and then signed, and hence pledged adherence to before purchasing their home.
Therefore, before any changes are made that ascetically change the appearance of your property, you must submit a detailed request to the Board of Directors and obtain approval from the Board of Directors prior to proceeding with those changes.
